This site is about the Beran family of Boskowitz and their descendants. Strictly the name should be written Berán, but for ease of typing I have omitted the accent. I apologise!
I aim to put on this site:
- Images of letters, photos and other documents
- Transcriptions of these, so that they are easy to read in their original language
- Translations of these documents, to make them easily accessible
- References to useful books
- Links to other sites of interest
English will be the main language, as it is widely spoken (and is my mother tongue!), but I welcome other languages too.
